Salmon Parsley Patties
Create a patties - I created salmon little burgers but of course you can replace . Just make sure it's organic, low in bad fats and other bad stuff.
This salad is very easy to make. This salad work great for autumn or winter because it beets are available through this season and are easy to find at stores.
This is simple and healthier option especially when you are transitioning from fast food and other bad addictions.
One of the problem with animal products including fish is that they don’t have fiber at all. Fiber helps to move quicker through the digesting track and leave it clean. My little trick is I like to buy a big piece in season of fresh salmon and make lot of the patties or big burgers so that I can freeze them and use them in the couple of months.
For 10-12 patties you will need:
- 5-6 oz salmon (wild caught is best, farm-raised salmon is actually very unhealthy)
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 1/2 - 1/4 red onion
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
