GreenBerry Morning Shake
It's easy, quick, 5 ingredients only and child-approved GreenBerry Morning Shake! it's actually good anytime or as a healthy dessert.
It's very basic but it's easy and fast to make. You can vary it and add other ingredients - kale, celery sticks, cucumber etc. The main point is not to overload the shake with sweets like bananas. You can add banana but maybe then add more water/cucumber. So that the drink will stay more alkaline. or coconut water would be a great addition to the shake (coconut water is natural alkaline water).
